During the event
During your live event, it's crucial to actively promote the live reminder. This is the perfect opportunity to engage with a large audience, many of whom may be interested in joining your future lives. Therefore, it's highly important to inform viewers about the 'invitation request word' while you are live. We recommend mentioning the live reminder and how to sign up for the live reminder at least three times during a live shopping event.
Here's an example of how to promote your live reminder during your live shopping event:
"It's wonderful to have so many of you joining our live event tonight. We're excited to announce that our next live event will be in one week, and if you'd like to receive live notifications for it, simply comment with the *insert invitation request word*"

After the event
After your live event is over, you have the opportunity to invite all those who made a reservation to your live reminder list, so they'll be notified the next time you go live. These are customers who have already shown interest in you, and many of them would love to receive a notification when you go live again, so this is a great opportunity. When the live event is done, you will receive a notification in the top right corner of Sprii, where you can confirm that you would like to invite people from the reservation list to your live reminder list. Don't worry - it won't be sent to people who already replied yes or no in the past.
