How to create a Facebook event
Follow the steps below to create a live event. The following guide is based on an event being created from a computer. Please keep in mind that the experience might change if you choose to do it on the phone.
Step 1
Go to your Facebook page to find the button "Live video" right at the top of the page, where you would normally make posts.

Choose "create live video event"
Step 3
Upload an appropriate cover photo to make your event stand out.
Step 4
Fill out the event details for your event. This information is specific to your event.

Personalize your event!

Finally, publish your event!
Feel free to post pictures and videos in the event to raise awareness. You can also create posts on your page that link to the event so even more people can find it.
