The live reminder feature allows your viewers and followers to sign up to live notifications each time you go live. It's easy for your viewers to sign up to (or unsubscribe from) your live reminder list to get notified in Messenger or Instagram DM's when your live shopping event begins. By the click of a button, they can jump straight in.
This is a guaranteed method to gain more loyal viewers for your events. And Sprii manages the list, adding and removing people when they request this.

Set up the live reminder plugin
In this video, you can see just how easy it is to set up the live reminder plugin. Below, you can read our step-by-step guide to finish the setup at your own pace.
Step 1
Go to your page settings, go to plugins, and click on Live Reminder.
Step 2
Activate the live reminder, and tick off the box "Notify me to send messages on start and end." (Notification not available to older subscriptions.)
Choose your preferred delay before sending your invitation after your livestream has ended. (Notification is not available to older subscriptions.)
Next, decide on your invitation request word. In our example, we chose the word "Live." Your viewers simply have to write a comment with this word if they want to sign up. Then Sprii will automatically send an invite to your live reminder in a direct message.
Important to note:
Your invitation request word and a product search word in a campaign can't be the same!
If you want to get a full overview of your live reminder list, click Manage subscribers. Here, you can filter all members by source, search for specific names, and you can opt out or remove members from the list by clicking Options.
Step 3
Fill out all text fields.
Invitation message: The question to the customer is the message that Sprii sends to those, who commented your request word. You can also send the message to everyone on the reservation list after you hosted a live shopping event. A notification will remind you to do so. (Notification is not available to older subscriptions)
The accept text and the decline text will appear on two buttons below the question. The recipient simply clicks one of the buttons to accept or decline the invite to your live reminder list.
Going live message: This is the message you can send out just before you go live. Two buttons below the message allow the recipients to either jump straight to your page or to unsubscribe from future live reminders. The unsubscribe option is an "anti-spam" requirement, so this button can't be removed.
Lastly, remember to save. Now your live reminder plugin is all set up. Read on to learn how to use it and how to invite people to your live reminder with campaigns.
Use the live reminder
A few minutes before your live event begins, Sprii will ask you if you want to send out your going live message. The popup shows up in the top right corner in app.sprii.io. The message won't be sent unless you confirm. (Notification is not available to older subscriptions)
Once your live event has finished, Sprii will also ask if you wish to send out your invitation message to new customers on the reservation list. This message will also not be sent unless you confirm.
If you missed the notification in app.sprii.io or if you don't have notifications available, sending live reminder notifications and invitations can be done at your campaign order list, when you click Action.
Tip:
If a viewer has unsubscribed by mistake, they can always ask for a new invite by commenting the invitation request word to any of your content connected to Sprii.
Send live reminder messages when publishing image and video posts
For image and video post campaigns, you have the option to send live reminder messages to your subscribers upon publishing the campaign. The live reminder message can be customized for each specific campaign.
1. Go to your campaign in app.sprii.io.
2. Go to the Setup tab.
3. Check "Send reminder on publish."

Across all campaign types, you can now customize the live reminder message, allowing you to tailor the message based on the show you're about to host.

4. Click "Customize message..." and write your message.
