⚠️ Important to note:

• On June 10th, 2024, Meta launched new requirements that must be met before an          account can go live:
• The Facebook account must be at least 60 days old
• It must be a Facebook ‘Page’ (not personal profile) and must have at least 100                followers
• An Instagram account must be at least 30 days old
• It must be a professional Instagram account and connected to a public Facebook            ‘Page’ (not a personal profile)


Connecting your Meta acocunts to Sprii

1. Access your Sprii account by logging in directly, or if you have received an invitation via email from Sprii, simply accept the invitation to get started.

2. Navigate to 'Settings' --> 'Accounts' --> and click 'Connect account'

3. To proceed, log in using your personal Facebook profile. Please ensure that your Facebook profile has admin privileges for the page you intend to connect to Sprii.

4. Now connect the intended page.

5. You have successfully linked your Facebook page to Sprii. Great job! If you still need to connect your Instagram profile, please proceed to the next section for detailed instructions.

Connecting your Instagram profile to your Facebook page

1. Go to your Facebook page and switch to interact as the page.

2. Go to 'Settings'.

3. Find the 'Linked Accounts' section and click on it to proceed.

4. Select 'Instagram' and log in with your Instagram profile. Very important to allow access to            Instagram messages in Inbox.

5. You have successfully connected your Instagram profile to your Facebook page. Well done!
