A Unique Message is a customized response tied to a specific product in your campaign.
For example, imagine you’ve set up a Live campaign featuring several products that are added directly to a customer’s shopping basket when they comment with the buy code. Alongside this, you could include a prompt to "Sign up for our newsletter" or drive traffic to a specific page on your website. Instead of directing customers to the standard shopping cart, these replies can include a link to a URL of your choice, allowing you to customize interactions and enhance customer engagement.
Set Up Your Unique Message
Below, you can read our step-by-step guide to create a product-specific Unique Message- Create a New campaign product in your campaign setup.
- Enter the Product name, set the price to 0,00 and inventory to No max.
- Add your link URL.
- Choose the Buy code for the product.
- Click Create.
- Now that the new product has been created, click the three dots on the right-hand side of the product, then select Unique Messages.
- To set up a Unique Message for this specific product, select Private reply under Reservation. Click the text field to write the message your customers will receive when reserving this product by commenting the buy code.
The next three fields allow you to set up buttons:
- Select button function: Choose either Checkout or Product URL.
- Write the Button captions.
Important to note
Buttons will only be visible and functional if captions are provided.
