Success notes

The success note section is a way for your success agent to communicate things such as milestones, goals you've set together for your live shopping, etc., so it's worth keeping an eye out for exciting news! No urgent information will be communicated through this channel.

Test my settings

In order for Sprii to send out automated messages and links to the cart, you need to ensure that access to messages for third-party services is turned on for your business social media accounts. You can easily do so by completing the test on the home page.

To complete the test, simply click the "test" button. After doing so, you will see a pop-up that guides you on how to complete the test, and you will get a unique code. Copy this code and paste it as a comment on any post made from the account you wish to test.

Important to note

Always make sure to make comments from another profile than the page itself. This can be your personal profile or another business profile.

Sprii will never react to comments from the page itself. 


If the messaging access is enabled, the test button will change to indicate 'connected', confirming that everything is set up correctly!

If the test fails

If the test fails it means that messaging is not turned on, and you need to ensure that you turn it on before you go live.

Total summary for the last year

Under the summary segment, you get a quick overview of your performance over the last year. Here you can pick to see data based on reservations, leads, or revenue.

Pending orders

Under pending orders, you will be able to get a quick overview of all orders that have not been fully handled yet. This is relevant for those who don't have a webshop integrated and instead use Sprii Checkout, to ensure you don't forget any orders.

As shown in the image above, you can view information at a campaign level. For example, you can see the number of orders marked as paid but not delivered, or orders not marked as paid at all.

Campaigns being setup

Here you will be able to see if you are missing anything in a created campaign. If you have no campaigns planned at the moment, or if you do but you've already filled in all the information, this segment will be empty.

You can also create a new campaign directly from here if you need to plan one.
