How does it work?
Shopify discounts use discount codes to give your products the exact price you want during a live show. The discount code cannot be applied manually by the customer, ensuring it is only used for the intended products and exclusively for viewers of your live.
Here’s an example of how it could look when your customers check out:
How to get started:
To set up Shopify discounts, go to your page settings and click E-Commerce integration. From there, locate your Shopify integration and click on it.
Once open, it’s important to make sure the checkout type is set to “Shopping cart”, as the discount feature only works with an open basket.
Next, toggle on “Use Shopify function for discounts on open baskets” and select a Shopify discount title.
When everything is set up correctly, your settings should look something like this:
How to use the feature
To use this feature, create your campaign as usual.
Once it’s completed, you can edit the prices of your products by clicking on them. When the product window opens, you’ll need to desync the product prices by clicking the circular arrows next to the price.
After that, you can edit the price to whatever you want for your live show.

Testing the functionality
Make sure to test your setup before going live with this feature for the first time.
To do this, open the campaign you prepared in the steps above. In the top right corner, click “Open” and go to Orders.
From there, click “Create a reservation” in the top right corner. Enter your name and add a product to the basket that uses the new discount feature.
Next, open the basket by clicking “Customer cart” and check that the product is added correctly with the new price applied.
