Storefront
The Storefront section is where you define the information customers see during checkout. This includes details about your business, legal information, branding, and accepted payment cards.
A properly filled storefront builds trust, improves the checkout experience, and is required for compliance.
To find the storefront setting, go to Page settings and then Storefront.
We offer ready-to-use templates for the “About us” section and the “Terms and conditions”, which you can find as shown in the image.

About your store (About us)
In this section, you can describe your business and provide helpful information for customers shopping through Sprii Checkout.
This text is visible in the checkout and can include:
-
A short description of your store
-
Practical information about how checkout works
-
Payment or delivery notes if relevant
Terms & conditions
Here, you add your terms and conditions, which are shown to customers before payment.
This is important because:
-
Customers must be informed before completing a purchase
-
It is required by law in many regions
-
It helps avoid disputes and misunderstandings
Once saved, your terms are automatically linked and visible in checkout.
Accepted cards & payment options
In the Storefront view, you can also see which cards and payment methods are enabled.
These options are connected to your payment setup and determine what customers can use at checkout.
Payment methods
The Payment methods section is where you choose how customers can pay in Sprii Checkout.
Here you’ll find all available payment providers and manual payment options. Each payment method must be configured before it becomes available in checkout.

Choosing a payment provider
Sprii supports several payment providers.
You should:
-
Select only the payment providers relevant to your market
-
Configure each provider individually
Configuration matters
Each payment provider has its own configuration flow.
Make sure that the provider is fully configured.
For step-by-step instructions on setting up each payment provider, see the guides below:
Shipping
The Shipping section is where you define how customers receive their orders when using Sprii Checkout.
Here you can choose between shipping integrations, manual shipping, or store pickup. Each option must be configured before it becomes available in checkout.

Choosing a shipping method
Sprii supports multiple shipping solutions, including:
-
Store pickup
-
Shipping without an integration
-
Shipping integrations such as Webshipper, Shipmondo, and GLS
You should only enable the shipping methods that are relevant to your business and market.
💡 Tip:
Offering too many delivery options can confuse customers. Keep the setup simple and clear.
Store pickup and Shipping without an integration
Store pickup allows customers to collect their order directly from your store.
If you don’t use a shipping provider integration, you can set up shipping manually, with the function called "Shipping without an integration".
See the guides here:

Shipping integrations
If you use a shipping provider, you can connect it directly to Sprii Checkout using one of our shipping integrations.
Each integration must be configured individually before it becomes available in checkout.
Here are a list of the shipping integration we provide:
📍Remember to fill out "Contact information"
Your contact information and address are customer facing, meaning they are displayed during checkout and used by shipping integrations. It is required by law that you have this visible in checkout.
