If you already have a shipping agreement with Shipmondo, you can easily save time after your live show by integrating it with Sprii. Read on to learn how you can connect your existing Shipmondo agreement to Sprii.
How to set up a Shipmondo integration
Firstly head to the "Page settings" in Sprii and find the Shipmondo integration under "Shipping".
Click Configure.
Read on to learn how to fill in all the fields to complete the integration.
Step 1
Activate the integration so you can start the setup, and then give the shipping method a title, this is what the customer will see in the checkout.
Step 2
Next, we need to find the information to put into the fields 'user' and 'key'. To do so, go to your Shipmondo backend.
Go to settings - API - Access
From here you can copy User and Key and paste it into Sprii in the correlating fields.
Step 3
You now have some setting options:
Export order when paid:
- When an order has been paid, the order will be exported to Shipmondo
Create label on order creation
- When the order is paid, the label will be created automatically.
Capture payment when label is created
- When the label is printed, the payment will be captured.
Print in label printer format (10x19)
- Printing in standard Label format.
I use Shipmondo for order packing – Enable webhooks (Requires Pro)
- This feature is for users who want order updates from Shipmondo to be reflected in Sprii. For example, when you scan a shipping label in Shipmondo, the order can automatically be marked as completed in Sprii.
Note: Accessing this functionality requires a Pro subscription in Shipmondo to enable webhooks. If you print labels and capture payment only in the Sprii interface. Then this is not a necessity.
Step 4
Now we need to set the shipping options. Refresh shipping products and choose the methods you like.
These shipping options can be created in Shipmondo under templates.
Important to note
If you have imported your shipping agreement to Shipmondo you need to set up weight and package size inside of Shipmondo for the integration to work. To do so, go to settings -> own agreements, find the agreement, and configure the dimensions from here.
Step 5
Give the shipping methods you picked a title, what the shipping cost will be and if you offer free shipping over a certain amount.
Step 6
Now the only thing left is to save, and then you're done!
Now you don't have to manually create shipments, as Sprii now will be able to automatically transfer information over to Shipmondo where you will go to complete the shipment.
