Set up the Shipmondo integration

Shipmondo receives orders from this Page's Sprii Checkout and creates shipments using your Shipmondo products and templates. You decide separately when Sprii sends an order, when Shipmondo creates its label and which system captures the payment.

You need administrator access to the Sprii Page and a Shipmondo account with the shipping products and templates you want to use. Set package dimensions and weight in Shipmondo; Sprii does not send those values. Manage the templates under Settings > Freight > Shipment templates in Shipmondo. To add one, click the plus button, name it, complete its shipment settings and click Create. See Shipmondo's shipment template guide.

Open Shipmondo in Sprii

1. Select the intended Page. Open Page settings > Sprii checkout > Shipping
2. On the Shipmondo card, click Configure.
   
   
3. Click Activate shipping
4. Enter the Title for this integration.
   
   

Add your Shipmondo credentials

1. In Shipmondo, open Settings > API > Access. Open the API credentials you intend to use. If you need a new pair, select the plus button, give the credentials a name, enable them and click Create. Shipmondo provides User and Key; its Print Client setup guide also describes API credentials.
2. Copy User into Sprii's User field, then copy Key into Sprii's Key field. Keep both values private.
   
   

Choose shipping and automation

1. Use the circular refresh button beside Shipping Products to load the products from Shipmondo, then select the ones shoppers should be offered. The service in this picture is an example; choose from your own account.
   
   
2. For each selected product, set its shopper-facing Title, Shipping cost and Min purchase for free shipping, if you want a threshold. These prices apply in Sprii Checkout.
   
   
3. Choose the three automation settings independently:
   • Export order when paid sends the order to Shipmondo automatically when payment arrives. With it off, you handle export manually.
   • Create label on order creation creates a label when an order is created in Shipmondo. It can also create a label for an unpaid order exported manually or in a batch.
   • Capture payment when label is created asks Sprii to capture the payment after recording the label. Enable capture in one system only; do not also enable it in Shipmondo.
4. Select Print in label printer format (10x19) if that is the format your label printer uses.
   
   
   
   The pictured Enable webhooks (Requires Pro) option belongs to a separate Shipmondo order-packing workflow. Leave it unchanged unless that workflow is already configured for your account.
5. Click Save

Your Shipmondo settings are saved for this Page. Saving does not confirm a shipment or payment.

Before you dispatch

• Only automatic Export order when paid waits for payment. Manual and batch export can create unpaid orders and labels. Check the payment transaction before dispatch; a label or Completed order stage does not prove payment.
• A repeated label action can create another shipment. Check the existing shipment before retrying an uncertain result.
• The destination country can come from the Page's country. Check cross-border labels and resolve an incorrect destination before dispatch.
• Pickup points appear for eligible methods after the shopper enters a complete address. Sprii sends a pickup point only if the shopper selected one.
• These are Page shipping settings. When changing an existing setup, check the products and prices intended for campaigns already on that Page. Shipmondo-only Return Shipping Products is separate from the shared price fields above.
