How to set up Dandomain Classic
What this integration does
Connect DanDomain Classic to Sprii and your full catalogue, including variants, prices, images and stock, syncs into Sprii. You can then add those products to any campaign: a live, a pre-recorded live, an image or video post, or shoppables. Your shoppers check out in your own DanDomain shop, using the payment and shipping you already have set up.
Before you start
You will need admin access to your DanDomain shop, your Sprii login, your shop's web address (including https://), and to know whether your DanDomain prices are stored with or without VAT.
Setup takes about ten minutes. The Sprii integration settings save only when you click Save, so fill everything in before saving.
Step 1: Create an API user in DanDomain
- In DanDomain, go to Settings > Integration.
- Add a new API user with access:
- Product: read and update
- Settings: read.
- Copy the API key it generates. It is shown once, so keep it somewhere safe.
Step 2: Open the integration in Sprii
- In Sprii, go to Page settings > Shop integration and click DanDomain Webshop Classic.
- At the top of the settings you will see a webhook URL. Copy it; you will need it in the next step.
- In the Site Url field, enter your shop's web address, including https://.
- Paste your API key into the API Key field.
- Leave Checkout Type on Shop Checkout. This is the default: your shoppers pay in your own DanDomain shop.
- Set the Add VAT checkbox (see The VAT setting below). Leave the settings open for now.
Step 3: Add the webhook and stock setting in DanDomain
- In DanDomain, go to Settings > Integration > Webhook and create a webhook.
- Paste the webhook URL you copied, set the Webhook type to Product, and tick it as active. This keeps your stock updates flowing to Sprii.
- Go to Settings > Shop settings > Products > Stock management and turn "Reserve products in basket" off. If it is left on, products can look sold out when they are not.

Step 4: Save and sync
- Back in the Sprii integration settings, click Save.
- Run a full product sync.
- Check that your products, variants, prices and stock appear in Sprii. If anything is missing, run the full product sync again.
That is it. Your webshop is connected.
Where your shoppers pay
With Shop Checkout (the default), your shoppers always pay in your own DanDomain shop, with the payment and shipping you already use. Sprii brings them to your checkout; it does not take the payment. This is the same whether they shop from a social live or from the player on your own website.
The VAT setting
In the integration settings there is a checkbox: "Add VAT to dandomain price (only if dandomain has ex VAT prices)".
If your DanDomain prices are stored without VAT (ex VAT): tick it on, so VAT is added and shoppers see the correct price.
If your DanDomain prices already include VAT: leave it off, or VAT is added twice and prices show too high.
Good to know
A few things that are normal on DanDomain Classic:
Orders show as "New" in Sprii. You manage and fulfil your orders in your DanDomain shop, as usual, because that is where shoppers pay.
Prices come from DanDomain. To run a special price for a campaign, change it in DanDomain before the campaign, then run a product sync so Sprii picks it up.
An item can show as sold out in a campaign while your shop still has stock. That is shoppers holding it in their baskets during the campaign; your shop only reduces stock when someone pays.
Your catalogue stays current by itself. Products and prices refresh automatically, and stock updates come through close to live via the webhook. You can run a full product sync any time.
Using the Sprii player on your own website
If you embed the Sprii player on your website, shoppers add items to a Sprii basket and are sent to your DanDomain checkout to pay. The player does not sync with your website's own cart. For short shoppable clips, use product links rather than add-to-cart, so shoppers do not end up with several separate baskets.
Troubleshooting
Products are not showing in Sprii: run a full product sync, then check the Product webhook exists in DanDomain and points at the URL from your Sprii integration settings.
Items show as sold out when they are not: in DanDomain, turn off "Reserve products in basket" (Settings > Shop settings > Products > Stock management).
Prices look doubled or too low: check the "Add VAT" setting above.
Orders stay "New": that is expected on Classic. Manage and fulfil orders in DanDomain.
