Set up Prestashop integration
How to integrate Prestashop withSprii
Disclaimer:
- If pricing on variants under same product varies, then ask Sprii support to activate this feature.
Step 1
Go to Page Settings and scroll to Shop Integration. Click PrestaShop.
Step 2
Add your Site URL
Make sure you dont add "/" at the end

Step 3
- Go to your PrestaShop backend.
- Go to Advanced Parameters
- Click Webservice

Click Add new webservice key

Click Generate and copy the Key

Insert the Key in Sprii under "Key"

Step 7
Back in PrestaShop API Settings we need choose what permissions to give Sprii.
In the View (GET) Column we need to check the following:
- Categories
- Combinations
- Languages
- Price_ranges
- Product_option_values
- Product_options
- Products
- Search
- Shops
- Stock_availables
- Stock_movements
- Stocks
- Tags
And click Save
Step 8
Under Checkout Type choose Prestashop Cart if you want your customers to checkout through your PrestaShop checkout.
The difference between Prestashop cart & Sprii Checkout is highlighted below:
Prestashop cart:
- If you choose PrestaShop Cart as the Checkout type the link your customers will receive in Messenger will take them to your PrestaShop checkout.
- Customers can't remove products from the checkout, they will have to do that in Messenger with the Smart Message function.
- If a product is inactive in PrestaShop it can't be seen in PrestaShop Checkout.
- You will handle the order as any other webshop order in your backend.
- You can set a custom price for the product in Sprii
Sprii checkout:
- If you choose Sprii Checkout as the checkout type the link your customers will receive in Messenger will take them to a basket built with Sprii
- You will need to activate a payment + shipping method in Sprii
- Customers can remove products from the checkout
- You will have to handle orders through Sprii
Step 9
Click Download Plugin in Sprii
Step 10
Back in PrestaShop, click Modules and then Module Manager

Click Upload a module and drag or upload the file you just downloaded from Sprii

Step 12
Insert the Key value in the Sprii Token window if PrestaShop checkout is chosen.

Step 13
Click Save and Activate the plugin!
Now Sprii will Synchronise with PrestaShop every hour. But the first time press Run Full Product Sync
