If you wish to cancel your Sprii subscription, please send us an email to email@example.com Make sure you read the terms and conditions of your subscription before cancelling.
Terms of cancellation:
- The cancellation email must be sent to us 5 working days prior to the renewal date. The renewal date is the 1st of each month.
- Please make sure to provide sufficient information to help the team quickly handle your case and cancel your subscription in time. Please clearly include the name of your shop account in Sprii.
- Wait for a response from the support team, you might be asked to provide more information or get a confirmation email that the account is cancelled.
- We will cancel the renewal of your account, meaning you will have access to your account to the end of the month. E.g., if you cancelled your subscription on the 18th of September 2023, you had access to the account until the end of the 30th of September 2023. No refund will be made for remaining days of the month after cancellation.
- We can not pause subscriptions.
- If you are currently on one of our older subscriptions (e.g. PRO) you will not be able to activate your account under the same pricing if you decide to come back, please make yourself aware of the new subscription types and clearly let us know that you still wish to cancel regardless of that information.
