Reduce spam risk in customer messages
Keep Sprii messages relevant, varied, and clear about how subscribers can leave a group.
Keep subscription messages clear
Send reminders and Sendouts only to customers who have opted in to the intended subscription group. Explain what they will receive. Keep the group-specific unsubscribe action in each reminder or Sendout message. A person in more than one group leaves each group separately.
Keep automatic and public replies relevant
- Match reservation and sold-out replies to the shopper's interaction.
- Use at least four meaningful variants for each automated public reply template; eight is recommended. This is Sprii practice guidance, not a Meta policy requirement or a guarantee against spam filtering or failed delivery.
- Consider disabling public comment replies during very high engagement.
- Avoid repeatedly posting public links where they are not needed.
Repeated public links can trigger Meta spam handling. These steps reduce risk. They do not guarantee Meta's response.
Send bulk messages carefully
Make order-list messages relevant to the shopper's interaction or live show. A visible recipient count shows the selection, not delivery.
Limitations
- Sprii does not enforce Meta messaging windows before every send. Sprii attempts to send the selected message. Meta decides whether it reaches the shopper.
- For Facebook competitions, do not require sharing to a personal timeline, sharing to a friend’s timeline, or tagging friends as a condition of entry. Do not encourage entrants to share, repost or tag others to enter or promote the competition. Read Meta's Pages, Groups and Events policy before publishing.
- This is practical platform guidance, not legal advice. Confirm legal, competition, privacy, and policy requirements with the appropriate owner before launch.
